Account and personal data deletion
If you want to delete your account and all associated personal data, please fill out the form below.
After submitting the request, we will send a confirmation email to the address you provided. Confirm the request by replying to that email. Once your confirmation is received, the request will be processed and the data will be deleted within one calendar month.
Before submitting, make sure you enter the same email address that is used for your Dialist account. This is required to verify that the request comes from the account owner.
After deletion:
• access to your profile and previously purchased watch faces will be revoked
• data recovery will not be possible
• you can create a new account at any time if needed
